Enjoy your next Mountain Vacation in this Amazing Waterfall Cabin. The Lodge on Slick Rock Falls is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a beautiful creek running through the property and a fantastic waterfall in the backyard. Complete with a WiFi, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor dining, gas fireplace inside and fire pit outside.

Image yourself in the most beautiful part of the Smoky Mountains surrounded by mountains. Relax under the stars in your private hot tub. Enjoy family barbeques on the wrap around deck or share memories around an open fire pit. This is a dog friendly cabin complete with a fence in yard and gates that secure the wrap around porch. Slick Rock Falls offers accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a one time $75 pet fee that covers 2 pet for your entire of your stay.

Located midway between Hendersonville and Chimney Rock. The road t the cabin is OPEN, but the road to Chimney Rock is closed for reconstruction,

Peaceful Perfection!

This home is such a find. We loved everything about it and our stay. I can’t wait to book again. Highly recommend for a nice getaway and to relax completely. It was very clean and the beds were super comfy.

what a wonderful area for an extended stay! Edneyville and all the apple orchard stores, live music at one of them, so many things to do and see in Hendersonville. this was such a restful quiet month!

Great mountain get away from the city heat.

Cute cozy place. Dog friendly with gated porch and yard. The covered porch was great as we could sit outside during the rain enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the relaxing sound of the creek.

1st Time to North Carolina

Beautiful property!! Very neatly decorated, extremely comfortable and had a very calm atmosphere. Very close to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure! Didn’t have a long enough stay and hope to come back soon! What a perfect vacation spot!

Great Spring break

This is probably the 10th time we have stayed here and it is a very peaceful place to stay. The house is set up well and has all you need. We enjoy the fenced in yard and porch so the dog can roam freely in and out. It is a great getaway and we made our reservations for the fall break before we left.

Lovely Property!

We loved staying here! Its a cute little house/cabin. The hot tub was wonderful! We also loved the location and the creek running thru the yard. We had 2 small issues that were resolved quickly. We hope to come back again soon!

Truly Get Away

If you want to truly disconnect from the world and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains, this adorable and comfortable home is for you. The outside firepit and waterfall are mesmerizing. Really enjoyed.

Awesome!

This was a great place to stay. The owner, Rebecca was wonderful to work with. She communicates and responds very fast. The listing is everything and more. The pictures do not do it justice. There is plenty of room for 5 adults and a retriever. I would highly recommend this cabin and will definitely rent from Rebecca again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the location and outdoor area. Kitchen and outdoor space had everything you need for simple meals. Chimney Rock Park, Pointe Lookout Winery and Lure Outdoor Adventure were all hits. The couch was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. No good eating places in Chimney Rock Village- make the drive to Hendersonville.

Fall get away

Overall excellent property, did not see any wildlife this time but in the past we have seen turkeys, deer and a bear. Kitchen has everything you need. Already reserved it for spring break next year.

Outstanding Cabin

Perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving. Cabin was even better than advertised. Kitchen was so well stocked that I could make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The views of the mountains and waterfall was so relaxing. We were there to relax and recharge our batteries so we didn’t go site seeing but the cabin had everything we needed to stay inside for a week. The internet was great. We had 2 small dogs who enjoyed being able to go outside In fenced yard with out a leash. I would highly recommend this cabin and plan to come back again.

Great location, well appointed

This cabin is in a great location to explore Hendersonville and nearby Chimney Rock. We did excursions to Saluda and Black Mountain as well. I can’t forget to mention how many wineries to visit nearby! The cabin is set up great for families and pets with gated porch and back yard area. There are plenty of places to relax - around fireplace inside, out on front porch, I. Hot tub or by the fire pit. We loved using the fire pit each night, enjoying the fire with the sounds of the stream, seeing fireflies dancing around us. I do wish there were some trees buffering sound and view to main road during the day but it was quiet at night.

Beautiful and convenient

This property was stunning and the amenities were perfect. The babbling brook and waterfall were the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Inside the home was small but perfect for 3 adults and two medium sized dogs. We rented the property for dog convenience, fenced deck and yard, and they did not disappoint. My one dog is 14, and her legs dont work as well as they used to, so the ramp into the yard worked perfectly. The property is also situated right between Hendersonville and Lake Lure offering endless options for actvities. If you want rest and relaxation with the option to hike, apple pick, visit wineries and meaderies, this is your place to stay.

New favorite home!

Thank you for allowing us the experience to stay in your home. We have stayed in so many great places with our Jack Russells over the years. This home, however, is our favorite. The ease in which to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the property while knowing our dogs were completely safe, made for a really great three days. I cooked some really good food while there, and you're kitchen is so well stocked for any casserole dish, pan, pot, utensil,etc. needed. You even have a Ninja blender there which I use daily here at home. The beds were so comfortable. Many towels were provided. That piece of property is a treasure and if it is ever up for sale, please let us know. I'd leave EasternNC for WesternNC. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property had beautiful views, both fenced and free to roam around on the falls. Every amenity in the cabin was comfortable and in good working order. The location was perfect, only about 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and most major attractions. We're already planning on next visit. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. Since we were having a major heat wave it was so nice getting away and being near the creek. This was a great choice since we had our dogs. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away with their dogs and enjoy waterfalls from the deck.
