Fire alarm went off and we were not informed what to do or where to go so we waited in our car for about 1 1/2 hrs till they figured it out."

"Hotel is not clean! Toilet in room did not always flush. I chose to not let my Son swim because the pool did not appear to be maintained or kept the cleanest. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in our room! The shower and tub were rusted, the shower continuously dripped, the floor in the bathroom was not clean! Definitely will not stay there again!"
