The best

This hotel is in a great location. Even though there is traffic out front, the good quality windows block all noise. The gym that is made available is excellent. Also there is a kitchen where we easily made breakfast. They take care of all details, from quality soaps and toilet paper, to an available outlet converter plug and charger. Simply outstanding.

Centrally located and alright enough

Centrally located, 5 mins from the central station. No prior information about receptionless check-in or the codes needed to enter the hotel and room – a bit stressful when arriving alone late at night. If you have an app, you have to inform the guest about it - regardless of how they booked the room. A perfectly adequate room for those who aren’t too fussed about the details. Some cool touches I appreciated, like a kettle, fridge, yoga mat, day pass with access to a gym, and a charging cable. But – NO cleaning, no rubbish removal, and no replenishment of toilet paper – which gets rather tiresome when staying for five days.

Wonderful location in the heart of Helsinki city center. Close to everything a traveler needs. Would highly recommend to everyone and would stay here again the next time we come to Helsinki. Room was clean and their luggage storage was great to have so didn’t need to lug our bags everywhere as we waited for our train.

Fantastic place to stay! Very accessible to all attractions is Helsinki. Few steps, you will get to the stores, restaurants, train station and many more. It’s like you live in your own apartment. Communication and support is always ready. You can do your own laundy and cook your own dishes if you like. When I come back, I’l stay here again. I highly recommend.

I stayed at The Bob W Kluuvi Suites for three nights during a recent trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The staff Tessie was warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay seamless. What stood out most was the kitchen and laundry. Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and practicality.

A very comfortable and easy choice for Helsinki

So easy with electronic check in, door keys, luggage store and ordering breakfast. Love having the yoga mat and there was a kitchen available if we had wanted. The most valuable was that I could communicate with BobW easily via WhatsApp with very prompt responses

Surprisingly good One of the best BnB I have stayed at The central kichen could be used by everone was a very nice idea. And also this that you share with others and the and coffe included, very nice The refill of the flushing of the toilet was slow needs to be fixed Otherwise highley recomended stay.
