Beautiful decor and ambiance! Excellent service! Linens that feel like pure luxury and elegance. Only reason I gave them a good for upkeep of location is the carpet - it needs to go and it needs a more upscale flooring. Other then that it is simple a delight to stay here! Wonderful but a bit complicated

Service was fantastic. But everything was a bit complicated, the room was located in another building abc you had to walk through this cellar corridor to the other building. Spa was full even though the hotel was like half full, I guess that people come from the outside.

What did come to mind was that the room key didn’t work for certain locked corridors and the stairwell that led to the hotel room, which meant that you had to take detours to the hotel room, sometimes outside, which was a bit frustrating as I had quite a few bags.
