Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert in der Helgoländer Botschaft. Das Zimmer war sauber & gepflegt. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Bett war bequem (recht weich), sowie die Sessel. Das Badezimmer ist so wie die Rest der Unterkunft: sauber, gepflegt, hygienisch. Von unserer Seite aus 100% empfehlenswert für eine ruhige (!), saubere & schöne Unterkunft.

Dejlig tur til Helgoland. Sejlturen derover var stille og rolig. Smukt beliggende hotel, venligt personale og godt værelse. Vi fik gået lange ture både oppe og nede. Naturen og klippen er virkelig smuk og anderledes.

Erste Lage.. die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Und wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hat, ist dieses Hotel top. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Leider gab es trotz Nachfrage keine laktosefreie Milch, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns alternativen wie Sojamilch oder Mandelmilch angeboten. Äußerlich ist das Hotel leicht in das Alter gekommen, und man merkt, dass die Patina etwas bröckelt. So schön weiß wie auf den Fotos, ist es schon lang nicht mehr…. Dafür sind die Zimmer und das Hotel in allgemeinen sehr gut in Schuss gehalten worden.. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick nehmen, und man wird in der Früh bei gutem Wetter mit einem herrlichen Sonnenaufgang geweckt.

Der Transfer vom Hafen zum Checkpoint ist eine Katastrophe. Vom Südhafen mit Gepäck in den Ort sind es wohl 2 Kilometer. Das hier im Vorfeld keine Informationen gibt ist einfach eine Zumutung

Sturm über Helgoland

Da Sturm war habe ich leider 1 Tag verloren hätte wohl lieber eine Versicherung abschließen sollen. Die Hummerklippen Manager waren aber sehr hilfreich.

Leuke plaats

Spijtig dat er geen receptie is in het hotel en dat dit niet vermeld wordt bij je boeking of op de website dat je naar een bureau moet om in te checken. Er moet aangevraagd worden dat ze je kamer komen poetsen en nieuwe handdoeken worden gelegd, dat gebeurd niet automatisch. Het is een propere ruime kamer en badkamer en ontbijt was in orde.

Great location.

We were in room Bogdan. What a view of the island and Düne (but no elevator)! We would return immediatly if possible. A dream vacation. The bathroom was a bit old fashioned but everything was very clean and in perfect working order. Excellent breakfast.

Unser Zimmer war recht modern eingerichtet und hatte eine neue Ausstattung. Ich kann keine der negativen Kritiken nachvollziehen bis auf dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig ist. Da das Publikum auf Helgoland meistens ruhesuchend ist, hat uns das selten gestört. Negativ empfand ich alleine den sehr frühen Check-Out um 10:30 Uhr. Das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Frühstück war gut. Alle Klassiker und sogar Rührei und Nürnberger für ein kleines warmes Frühstück vorhanden.

Wenn man ein Hotelzimmer über 100€ bucht, erwartet man eine Rezeption innerhalb des Hotels, eine feine Lobby und vor allem kein Mansardenzimmer mit schrägen Wänden oder keinen Blick in irgendwelche Hinterhöfe (oder eine nichschließende Minibar-Türe). Es gibt aber auch gute Sachen: Der Frühstückraum bietet einen phänomenalen Blick auf den Südhafen oder die Minibar ist frei. Dennoch: Da ich beruflich immer wieder auf die Insel muß, werde ich beim nächsten Mal andere Hotels ausprobieren.

Das Hotel macht von außen erst einmal einen unscheinbaren Eindruck, von innen ist es aber wirklich toll. Die Einrichtung ist modern aber durch die Hummertapeten und die Bücher bekommt es einen ganz eigenen Charme. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Bei genauerem hinsehen hätte beispielsweise bei den Bettkästchen etwas ordentlicher Staubgewischt werden können aber das war jetzt nicht sonderlich störend. Die minibar war gut bestückt und die erste Befüllung war sogar im Preis inbegriffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber definitiv ausreichend. Außerdem hat man noch ein paar kleine Extras wie zb die Gutscheinkarte für beispielsweise drei Aufzugfahrten o. ä. bekommen. Insgesamt hat uns Helgoland sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen und dafür auch gerne wieder in den Hummerklippen buchen.

Langes Wochenende auf Helgoland als Paar

Unser Aufenthalt auf den Hummer Klippen war gut. Wir hatten kurzfristig das letzte Zimmer auf Helgoland für dieses Wochenende bekommen und erhielten ein Zimmer im Hinterhaus, welches uns zu unserer Überraschung jedoch einen schönen Blick aufs Meer bescherte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer, welches sich in einem sehr guten Zustand befand. Frühstück war für diese Kategorie in Ordnung. Es gab im Grunde für jeden etwas. Einzig ärgerlich, daß uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass es keine Rezeption vor Ort gibt, sondern man zu einer Sammelrezeption (Helgoland Botschaft) im Unterland gehen muss. Kann aber ein Fehler vom Hotel oder Hotel.com gewesen sein.

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nich

Das Zimmer war ok, aber entgegen des Angebots auf ihrer Internetseite nicht mit Meerblick. Ich konnte das allerdings nicht reklamieren, weil es schon nicht auf der Buchungsbestätigung festgehalten war. Die Servicekraft war mit dem Frühstück und dem Auffüllen des Buffets überfordert. Die Aufschnittplatte wurde erst wieder aufgefüllt, als wir bereits fertig waren. Der Frühstücksraum war zudem sehr eng, so dass beim Platznehmen Stühlerücken angesagt war. Alles in Allem war die Leistung dem Preis überhaupt nicht angemessen. Für für 180 Euro die Nacht darf man auch auf Helgoland mehr erwarten.
