「お風呂が大きいですが、シャワーブースしかありません。シャワーのしぶきがシャワーカーテンから飛び出して床が沢山濡れます。改善して欲しいです。」

「Very beautiful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Definitely worth the value! It was very Cosy, and when lighting the fire it heated up the whole pod very easily! Hot tub was really relaxing, easy steps and instructions on how to use it and the fireplace. Each pod had box’s for you to buy wood from by scanning the QR code so no need to leave your pod!! The pod came with a very nice bed and lovely bedding! Soft pillows and duvet. Tv provided with channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. Very cosy at night...

「The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't worry about the frills. It's a little tired but that is easy to forgive at this price. It's close to the centre and so very convenient for anyone working in, or vising Boston. There is an Indian restaurant on site which is worth visiting, and a public bar so if you're visiting friends it there is a good place to meet. As I say it ain't the Ritz but its certainly...

「Very easy to check in and out, everything looked just like the pictures, cafe next door and a bar/restaurant a few doors down. There was only 2 chairs around the breakfast bar but 4 place mats so I’m not sure how a family of 4 like us where meant to eat together There was also no lamp in the downstairs bedroom which isn’t a massive deal but it would have been nice to have some form of light in the evening/night without having the big light on The tv was oddly placed in the living...

「Beautiful and modern hotel, very secure, very well maintained. Right next to cathedral, shops and restaurants... Will definitely stay here again.」

「Great location for the town centre. The bedrooms were great. Parking on site was handy. Saturday nights are a bit noisy due to local night life, however the rest was fine. 」

「The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...

「Different experience traveling from the US- shared bathroom, check-in at the bar in the adjacent restaurant, modestly lit path along the side of the building to the hallway door that led to the rooms.」

「The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. 」
