*The nightly price is good for up to 16 people. Any amount of people over that (for day use) is an additional $25 per person per day. (Per Heber City guidelines, a maximum of 16 guests may stay overnight)

*The property accommodates up to 6 cars (All must fit in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not allowed for HEBER short term rentals- per Heber City Guidelines)

*Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM.

*A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

*We do not provide propane for the BBQ, but sometimes there is some left behind by other guests. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the tank we provide.

*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters. Often guests leave some of theirs behind

*Please let us know during your stay if anything is broken or damaged in anyway. We are only on the property to clean it and often don't use anything in the house so we need your voice to let us know if anything is wrong!
