The signage is poor within the hotel and it takes awhile to understand that your room, which has a number beginning with 2, is on the first floor. "Coming in to Heathrow from Cyprus (Ron Mitchell Adventure dot com), we faced a 12-hour layover beginning at Midnight. Booked a room that was clean, comfortable and quiet for around US 100 dollars, and cheap transportation costs. As Americans, it was like the "Clampetts" going to visit the "Jetsons". A fun journey figuring out where to catch a "POD" that magically transported us straight to the hotel, without ever once talking to a human until reaching the hotel. If you are stuck at T-5 for a while, consider this great alternative for comfort and a few hours sleep."

"I WAS NOT KEEN ON THE BREAKFAST, I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED AN ONSITE CHEF MAKING A SCRAMBLED EGG OFF THE GRILL. CHECK INN WAS FAST AND I GOT THE FIRST FLOOR FROM NESTER A NICELY DRESSED GENTLEMAN IN A SUIT. BREAKFAST CLERK MADE ME A CUP OF HOT WATER TAKE AWAY. I HAD NOT EATEN THE BREAKFLAST I PAID FOR NOT APPEALING TO SIT AND DID NOT LOOK DELICIOUS, I WAS VERY UNSATIFIED WITH THE TOILET IN MY ROOM . THERE WAS A STRON G SEWER SCENT COMING FROM ROOM 1054 AND I THINK THE VENT WAS BROKEN. I LIKE DTHE BEDROOM SECTION. I HAD TO CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR TO SLEEP FROM THAT AWFUL SCENT FROM THE BATHROOM REALLY UPSETTING IN MY ROOM. I ARRIVED LATE LIKE 6 .30 PM AND DUE TO THE DELAYED SUITCASE I LEFT THE HOTEL AROUND 8AM AND I BARELY SPENT THE FULL HOTEL STAY UNFORTUNATELY. ANYWAY , I DID ENJOY THE TV SHOWS BBC DOCUMENTARY .ATTENBOROUGH ETC. "

"We were welcomed warmly by the staff. Our room was clean and our bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed the happy hour special in the lounge and woke up refreshed for our flight home. "

"Clean. Located conveniently in arrivals in terminal 3. Great staff. I booked a double room. Very small room for myself and husband to manoevre 2 large suitcases and a hand luggage in this space. Price for one night 300 USD which we felt was high for that size of room. Bathroom very small. Shower divided by a half partition from adjacent toilet so a lot of water got onto the floor and mats were all soaked. No physical space to hang up towels in bathroom. Not enough space to rest things on around the sink. Overall just too small for a couple in the double room."

"Reasonably basic but clean, bed not that comfortable, you only have internal view of hotel from room window, felt bit stuffy. Gym was okay, staff friendly. Quite expensive in bar!"
