"The room was great, really loved the old furniture and art. The coffee stand was operational, so was able to get espresso in the lobby (but free coffee was also available right outside our door). And, with the restaurant right downstairs, we rarely needed to leave the building. We were there for a ski day at Cooper, so very convenient for that."

"Great spot for our group. We were able to walk around Leadville without worrying about driving anywhere. The house worked well for our size too with a separate bedroom for each couple and the kids had their own privacy as well in the upstairs rooms. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after the long day and good times were had. "
