「The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.」

「After my FULL PAYMENT was processed, the property manager, Global Luxury Suites, contacted me to surrender the photos of my ID and credit cards, and IMMEDIATELY fill out and sign a separate rental agreement which was not disclosed in the property description and was quite lengthy.I felt very uncomfortable with these rude demands, so I contacted VRBO about this, but VRBO was on their side too.I don't think I will ever book another vacation with VRBO again.」
