Wow What a breathtaking view! This roomy 2 storey home commands the most spectacular views of the Port Stephens waterways.

Step out your front door and onto the beach! Jimmy's Beach is directly opposite for those early morning swims. Sit back and take in the view as you let the cooling sea breeze brush over you.

The open plan living area has lovely large windows and 2 spacious balconies for you to take full advantage of the magnificent views. The main bedroom has the most spectacular views of the bay. With a queen sized bed and the glass sliding doors give you private access to the front balcony., second bedroom has king single bunk beds, third bedroom has two singles (that can be pushed together) and looks toward the river. Downstairs is a separate bedroom with queen bed opening through double glass doors onto the rear garden and also another bathroom in the laundry. There is garaging for two cars, plus boat parking on the driveway.

The beaches are so beautiful here. Soak up the sun or hire out some gear and get into the water activities at Jimmy's Beach. You will be assured of a fun filled holiday.

-Maximum 4 adults only, property cannot accommodate adult groups.

-Parking on the grass is prohibited, please use driveway and garage supplied.

-Guest must comply with specific property rules.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

We had a brilliant week at 77 The Boulevard - the proximity to the beach and wrap around view make it the perfect place for young families needing to get quickly to and from the beach. It was so refreshing to have such a great kitchen and quality beds compared to other vacation rentals! Couldn’t fault it and already securing dates to book again

House was very over priced “Architect Design” is a comment used on over the top Propertys, unfortunately this house wasn’t that. Poor lighting in most rooms including upstairs bathroom which was a hazard at times (luckily we used phone lights haha) No linen, towels or toilet paper provided considering we paid $700/night you expect these items to be provided. Also had to deal with owners postage that was delivered to our property whilst our stay. (Noted “leave on property no signature required”) Overall the views were amazing and area very beach like and quite. House was a let down for the price we paid.

basic ,everything there accommodation. Two separate bedroom areas cross the road and straight onto the beach. Close to convenience shop. Available undercover carspaces,stairs would be a stuggle for elderly guests.
