「No room make up was done in one day. I have just informed it gently but reception lady's attitudes to receive that information was too offensive and trying not to admit their mistakes. Overall hospitality of the staffs were too bad and I don't recommend to stay this hotel.」

「We had a fantastic stay! The shed provided a huge range of areas to host and entertain (and dance) throughout the night and regardless of the rainy weather. We would book again, and another friend will be booking here for his birthday as well. Thanks Andrew and Anna xx」

「Rustic Spirit is a magical place to unplug and slip into the tranquility of this property. The privacy of the chalet, the spa and the outlook make this place something special. The daily breakfast that is included was amazing especially the Rosti! The hosts are lovely and we’re a great source of local information and the on-site massage was amazing This place is a must if you looking for a bush-mountain experience without all the hustle and bustle of Katoomba. 」

「Leah is a wonderful host and her place in Kurrajong was perfect for our weekend getaway. Loved the butterfly theme and every little detail and item in the house. Had many options of movies to see and books to read. Felt I was in heaven and didn’t want to leave the house for other activities haha :))) Definitely recommend and hopefully get the chance to go back again when in the area. 」
