「This 2 bdr/2 bath beach house was perfectly situated. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to groceries and restaurants. Our family of five appreciated the amenities like beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. And it’s only a 25 minute drive to Disneyland.」

「Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.」

「We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area.」

「Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. 「This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra.」

「The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others.」

「Enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. Place was clean and comfortable, communication with host company was great as well. It was a little bit noisey we found (its next to a park), but the convienence of the nearby shops and restaurants made it an ideal place. We had views of the ocean being up top (2nd floor), if you're on the ground floor the sand will likely block your water view. Did have someone park in our assigned parking on the last night, but we worked around that. I'd stay here...

「This property should not ever be rented to family of 8. You are renting the top level of a unit and the property manager will threaten to put you out and charge your card. Regular living noise ( walking, talking, etc) bothers the downstairs neighbor.」

「I took my daughters and one of their friends to Disney as a Christmas present. I was looking for an alternative to having multiple hotel rooms. This was a perfect solution. Great location to the park and we walked the route each day. The unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. A great value.」

「Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure.」

「We stayed for 6 nights to attend a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. As the title says, everything was perfect. From before check-in to after check-out, the owners were very warm, cooperative and prompt. If I ever go back to Long Beach, I will stay here again!」

「2日の滞在でしたが寒かったので毛布のリクエストをしましたが、ホテル形式の宿で無いため、メールでリクエストしなくてはならず、すぐに持ってきて貰えず寒い夜をすごしました。台所用品も揃っていますが、あまり清潔感が無く、ベッドも埃っぽく備え付けのテーブルも汚なかったです。クローゼットも無く使い勝手が悪いです。電話も目覚まし時計も備え付けではありません。 1階のタイ料理レストランは、清潔感もあり美味しかったです。通りを挟み小さなスーパーもあり、便利でした。近くにはレストランが沢山あるので便利です。」
