Escape the crowed city, and come enjoy some time in the country. Relax in our updated island style condo in the iconic Pat's at Punaluu beachfront residence. This tastefully decorated unit has been fully outfitted with most everything you could possibly need, including all new linens, towels and kitchenware. There is full kitchen with a range oven, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Be sure to wake up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from your oceanfront lanai. Listen to the gentle surf while sipping your wine as you wind down from your perfect day. The condo is located on the 5nd floor, there is ample parking in the lot reserved for our guests. This complex is complete with a sparkling swimming pool and a small weight room. If you prefer to swim in the ocean, there is a beautiful white sand beach just beyond the pool.

Please note that the building has been undergoing some remodeling and upgrades. There may be periodic, but usually brief inconveniences out of the control of the host. Most guests say that this has not affected their enjoyment of their stay. 🌺

Sleeping quarters were unacceptable. One side of bed is against the wall and one person has to climb over the other to get out. Location is great and access to beach is great. Bathroom could use upgrade. Place was clean

Good place on Oahu

Everything thing was good, the bed was a little soft. The location was great as we had most of our activities on the north shore. We would stay there again.

Wonderful place, perfect location!

If you’re looking to stay outside of Honolulu this is a great place to stay! We saw and heard the ocean every morning and evening from our balcony. Short drive to everything we wanted to do and see! We would recommend this place!

Perfect location.

We had a small glitch checking in but Sandra was amazing and immediately rectified the problem. We had a wonderful time. It was clean and very accommodating with everything that you would need for a prolonged stay. The most beautiful sunrise greeted us every morning from the lanai that overlooked the beach. Very picturesque! We loved every moment spent there and will definitely return! Easy check in and out✔️

The right spot

We had an awesome stay at Sandra’s condo, the location is perfect if you want a Oahu vacation thats all about sun, surf, vistas and have it without loads of people everywhere. Sandra went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The condo itself e gives you a quiet, relaxing surroundings and the in condo laundary is a big bonus. My advice is to make your Oahu plans to include this gem of a spot

Beautiful beach

We enjoyed the beach in front of the property. The bed was way too soft, the sofa bed was better. Be aware that the bedroom has no door, it is more of a nook. The floor in the appartment was not clean. Maybe because of the construction workers. They painted the balcony ceiling during our stay. One day when we came back the front door was open (we have locked it when we went out). We assume that the workers came in through the balcony door which we did have closed but not locked. After that we made sure we locked both doors. Overall we had a good stay and loved the North shore

Beautiful Views!

We enjoyed our stay! You cant beat the view in the morning. It was away from the crowds for sure but also means it was quite a drive to the nearest bar if you were wanting to have a drink in the evening. Super close to the Polynesian Cultural Center though, which we loved! Quite a bit of street noise when sleeping with windows open; we tried the hide-a-bed on the couch as suggested in other reviews so we could just hear the ocean but the mattress there was too uncomfortable.

Beautiful beach front view

The building is very old and is not appealing from the outside. It has been under construction for 1+ yrs with at least 1 more year to go. The pool was closed the entire time due to construction! With that said, the inside has been updated and is pretty nice with an excellent view. We saw turtles every day. Note there are no BBQ's :( Sandra (prop mgr) was awesome and very helpful!

Nice but…

Mixed feelings about it. Rooms were clean. Living room/kitchen fine. However the bedroom was not big enough for the queen-size bed. Not enough space to squeeze past the foot of the bed just to get into the bed just 6”. The bed was up against the wall on the other side.So after the first night we moved the mattress to the living room and slept on the floor! The bathroom had two issues: toilet was so low it was almost like a squatty potty; the shower had NO grab bar if one slipped. The appliances were good and everything else was fine.

Some Great some not so

This was a mixed bag but potential to be great. Pros - View cannot be beat. Amazing!. - Great beach. We regularly saw turtles while snorkeling off the beach. - Excellent property manager who is very responsive and accommodating - Great quiet location without the 'touristy' feel (exactly what we were looking for) Cons - The biggest one which took away from the whole experience was the condition of the unit. A lot of rust! We understand that ocean front accommodations are hard to manage for this aspect but we have stayed at numerous oceanfront condos and never experienced this much rust. The whole top of the fridge was (my apologies to the property owners), disgusting :(. Perhaps because I am tall that it was always in clear view for me and bothered me more than it probably would to others who can't see it constantly. It was weird that a lot of items were upgraded (e.g Kitchen) while others seem to be in bad shape (e.g. bath tub/shower, lanai, etc.) - The bedroom is pretty much unusable. Primarily because there was no airflow in the bedroom and since the unit doesn't have air-conditioning, you have to keep the window open and then you can't sleep due to noise from the road. We slept on the pull out couch in the living room, which worked okay but was not ideal. The building is going through an upgrade (noise etc. from that was minimal and did not bother us) so hoping the unit will also get some much needed freshening up.

Great place to stay

It was so great. The bed was so comfortable and the pull out couch was an easy way to have another bed. The balcony looking over the ocean was so peaceful. It was a fun spot to sit and read in the morning. Checking in was super easy and Sandra responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great place to stay!!

Hidden Gem

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. Turtles visit frequently, which makes for a fun experience. The only downfall to this property is the hour drive to downtown and most tourist attractions. If you plan to spend most of your time on the North Shore, this is the perfect location.

Property was exactly as advertised in terms of location and proximity to the beach. Property needs to be cleaned and have furniture and TV replaced. Furniture is old and lumpy. Overall property needs some TLC. You need to compare the check-in instructions you receive when you book to the instructions you receive prior to arrival as they differ. Second set of instruction were accurate in terms of being able to access the unit. Property Manager was immediately available via phone to help.

Great location and awesome beachfront

This property is in a great location, right on the beach and close to all kinds of great food and hikes. Sandra was very helpful and responsive, and the apartment was in great condition!
