If you're planning a stay in Hatyai, I sincerely recommend this hotel. One of the best in the main town area as the room I was in was spacious, clean and new. The hotel also has ample open air parking space. It is also a 5 minute walk to main tourist attractions in the area such as the Lee Gardens Night Market and Kim Yong Market. It's also close to a few 7-Elevens and plenty of eateries particularly at night. I will hopefully be returning here again when I vist Hatyai.

Within walking distance to Lee Garden night market. Good selection of Muslim food in the area. Staff are friendly and able to speak Malay. Rooms are pretty basic but otherwise comfortable.

This is a small hotel and the lift is small only can contain 2-3 person with luggage.. Room is big ..but room usage facilities is not sufficient..kettle and slipper don’t have .. Staff is nice but the hotel seems dark in the night

Enjoyed my stay with my family of 5 of 2 triple room. Their staff was absolutely friendly, helpful, attentiveness. Everytime we are near the hotel lobby, they will run towards and help you with the door or luggage. Room was sparkling clean, I cant see a stench of hair or dust around. Only thing that has to be improve is their Wifi connection. Overall is a great and pleasant stay. 4/5 star for them. If they would improve on their Wifi connection on my next visit, will definitely give them 5/5 star!

Fast and friendly service from front counter, housekeeping to maintenance staff. Room size is comfortable and aircond is cool enough. Location is good, walking distance to shopping, market, eating places and massage. The only problem is the water is barely hot if need a hot shower and there is no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes. Will still recommend friends to stay here.

The hotel is still well managed when the time i visited to Hatyai. Their staffs know basic chinese or basic English so there would be no issue for communication. I did requested for their service to tidy up the room and they made it well. The hotel is just 5 - 10 mins walking distance from Lee Garden Night Market so it is very convenient.

我們在2019的10月預定的房間 網頁上完全沒有提到對面的建築在施工 入住時 對面施工的聲音讓我的寶寶一直哭 跟櫃檯要求換房間 卻要我們加錢 最後我很生氣。 才給我們換一間 我們總共訂兩間 再來。房間內沒有熱水壺 非常不方便 建議大家千萬不要住這裡

+ Hotel is centrally located and has big triple room. - no breakfast, toilet choked and need to use manually lock keys for main door which on one occasion cannot open the door at all.

The parking area is convenient, the room was superb and spaces for the cash we paid and the staff was very helpful especially the big size bell boy, very helpful and kind to us. We have an excellent stay in Wungnoy!

Slow wifi, water pressure low. Dislike the fact that need to surrender passport else pay 500 deposit to keep passport and another 500 for 1 more room card as only given 1 room card.
