Lake access at end of backyard your family can do kayaking, boating (water level shallow boat can not come to dock but public boat ramp just 3mins). Remodeled house with brand new furniture, kitchen, new appliances , large deck , BBQ area, game room with basketball, air hockey table , entertainment room. 3 acres with huge backyard. Restaurants , Ingles, Walmart around . Hartwell downtown 5mins. Bring your boat and kayaks!
