Since the property does allow pets, this may have been my only complaint. The room next to us had their dog barking non-stop in the very early morning and at night and that unfortunately impacted being able to get a good nights rest during our stay.

The Capitol Hotel
Location cant be beat. Literally across the street/park from the State Capital. Walking distance to restaurants. Rooms are large and clean. Shower is great. Night manager went out of his way to solve a problem. Parking was excellent! We would definately stay here again.

Hotel needs a lot updating and more attention to details. Bar was inviting & bartender was super friendly. FD staff were friendly and accommodating.
