「This review is for the house next door…1house closer to the lake -not this house. Due to a glitch in booking we were asked to stay in the 4 bedroom, 2 bath house next door. I can’t remember the booking title but I’m sure you could contact the hostess and ask about it if you need bigger accommodations.Location is key here! So close to Lk. 「Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

「The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed the fireworks on the dunes for on the 4th. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the water, sand, sun, and just being together. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and take care of any issue. We definitely recommend this vacation rental.」
