「It was quiet and good area for stargazing . Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a flat tire and they were very helpful in being able to air it up. We plan to return for more stargazing. Got wonderful pictures of the Perseids meteor shower,as well as the Heart Nebula.」

「The cabin was charming rustic outside of fredericksburg. The deer was a delight to see.The bathroom mainly toliet closet was very small and no door, just a partition to pull across door opening, your head getting up off toliet hit the partition unless you slid it open first. I realize this is the best option for lack of space. The bed is comfy if you like really cushy. We did enjoy our stay other than the toliet closet. Beautiful night sky.」

「The setting of this cabin was very peaceful and beautiful. The cabin itself was charming and comfortable. I would use caution with young children, though. The shabby country chic easthetic includes apparently repurposed corrugated metal panels low on the bathroom wall with screw holes that are quite jagged and could easily slice flesh if contacted. Otherwise, the decor is very charming. We had a great time on the walking trail and enjoyed the interesting rocks and wildflowers. This is the kind...

「Great place to stay! Close enough to downtown, and yet out in the country.」

「This was an incredible experience. The property is very nice. We got rained in but the view was nice from the hot tub. There are a few other units nearby but there is still privacy. Owners let me at the last minute allow my dog to come with us with no issue and quick communication. We would come back.」

「I enjoy sitting on the roof, watching the sun set and the stars come out. After that, jump in the hot tub for a soak before bed. It’s a great way to end the day.」

「The hot tub was perfect!!! We gazed at all the stars and constellations. The cabin had an old world charm and it was beautiful.」
