「I was in Harlingen to see my Dad who was in the hospital. I found this hotel totally last minute and was very happy with the front desk. He took a minute to ask me how my Dad was. Originally stayed Wed-Sat but my Dad took a turn and I stayed 4 more nights. My room was always clean and fresh sheets. The beds were super soft (not my style) but after hours in a hospital chair I would crash out. I really liked that they did not have carpeting in the room! It was all flooring and it was clean. 「Expediaですでに支払いを済ませていたのに、Sale taxとの名目で12セントクレジットカードから引かれていた。入力ミスなのでは？と思うが、問い合わせするにも、ホテルに電話してということで、電話代の方が高くつくのでそのままにした。せめてメールで受け付けろよ！という感じ。」
