"This property appears to have had a recent renovation. Its revised decor leaves the bedrooms with gray and purple walls. Gray is a downer for me, so decorators must do better.
I guess because we brought our pet, our room had no carpeting or bedskirt. I get it! Some pet owners won’t properly train their pets. Though we only left our dog’s food bowl (dried kibbles) out for him to eat while we were in the room, a colony of ants started forming quickly. Hotel rooms should be sealed per code. I made sure every ant was removed but we asked for another room anyway because there was a lingering musty odor in there from the time we first opened the door. I asked if I could burn a candle while in the room but even after we left the room closed with air running, the odor was present.
Walking down the hallway on the 1st floor, the hotel must’ve rented out a meeting room to a person selling clothes. The renters were eating in there and their food smelled like farts. What a bad impression on this hotel.
Amenities are a bygone item. They did provide early morning breakfast items, but we learned that from another guest in the hotel. In the rooms are no tissues and I guess that was huge for me because I had to use napkins we brought in to get the ants up.
The beds and linens were things we once looked forward to but now they’re made from recycled plastics and are not comfortable to sleep on.
You’ll be surprised to see me write that I would stay here again
because of the nice staff

"This is the most pleasant, well taken care of motel that I ever stay at. I really appreciate everything they do here to make this place welcoming and feel like home."
"There were ants all along the walls, coming in near the window. We discovered food under the chair that had not been cleaned up that was attracting the ants. They did move us to another room, but that room had no chair, no hangers or rack to set luggage. We found an ant on the bed in the new room, presumably carried in on our bags or clothes, which made it difficult to relax & sleep. The front desk staff was not helpful when we asked about a refund. She literally walked away as we were still trying to talk to her. Tried to get a refund through Hotels.com and the hotel refused that, too. If the room description states "park view" all that means is there is a small paved courtyard between the hotel & the next building over where people go to smoke. You're really just lookiat the roof of the building next door if you're on the 3rd or 4th floor."
"This is worst place, do not go there. They didn't have my room ready, they lack proper cleaning methods and the place is delapidated and run down and my shower barely had water and it's old and dingy"
