「Nice staff, well equipped.. the only thing I would say is perhaps the enquire needs an upgrade, however it was a great bargain.. and the TV's are nice and new can actually watch netflix ect. I've stayed in places that cost more and can't access it or for some strange reason 'it doesn't work.. the car park is nice and big as well」

「I stayed for 3 nights. Room was freezing and the heater didn't really work till midnight, my fridge also wasn't working and staying multiple days for work - I needed this to work. I had to throw out a fair bit of food as nothing was cold. Staff did fix this the next day though. Receptionist was very helpful. My shower head fell off and my plumbing skills at 6am come into play. Stains on the carpet and honestly my plates, cups and glasses you can just tell were only rinsed in the bathroom...

There was no effort to act professionally or to discuss any issue that was being had and instead completely disrupted and ruined my night.
