最新とは言えない、やや古びた感はあるが、設備は十分。水道水は若干の鉄錆色。 中国でも英語は義務教育にあるはずなのに、簡単な英語で呼びかけでも、無視して目も合わせないスタッフがいる一方、翻訳アプリを駆使してなんとかしてくれるスタッフもいました。少ないですが、英語可能なスタッフもいます。 部屋の隅に、前の利用者が食べてさくらんぼの種が落ちてたり、風呂場の排水口に髪の毛が絡まってるのは、なんとかしてほしいところ。

체크인 마지막 시간이 미리 정해져 있는 호텔

예약자 체크인 마감시간이 오후 8시이라고 하며 내가 호텔이 가니까 그 방은 다른 사람이 들어 왔다고 하며 다른 값비싼 방만 있다고 하여 어쩔수 없이 그렇게 했다. 그 전에 휴대폰으로도 아무런 연락이 없었다. 내 예약 방값은 558위안이었는데 그 값비싼 방은 756원이었다. 보증금으로 1,000위안을 또 맡겨야 했다. 영어대응 스태프도 없고 다음날 한국에서 대학을 나온 스태프가 있어 약간 도움을 받았다. 그 후 이틀 동안은 호텔스닷컴에서 예약한 558위안에 숙박했다. 호텔이름이 화륭(華隆) 반점이어서 택시기사도 시노웨이 호텔을 몰랐다. 앞으로 중국호텔은 반드시 한문이름이나 중국현지호칭을 병기해 주면 좋겠다. 위치는 박물관 앞이라라 교통중심지이고 하얼빈 역도 가깝고 버스나 전철 이용하기가 편리했다.

Say "No way!" to Sinoway

We booked for two nights and left after one. We had a king room, it was large and that's all I have to say that is positive. There's mold in the shower and tub, not to mention the whole room/hotel is tired and needs a drastic remodel. The bed was fine, hard, like all of them in China. The front reception barely spoke English. When I called to see when breakfast ended, I was told 12:00. We arrived at 10:00 and everything was being put away.

Harbin's Ice and Snow Festival -1st 3ds of 2016

Overall I was satisfied by the Hotel for the following reasons: Room was warm, clean and spacious apart from toilette which was small. Service was satisfactory but you need some basic Chinese in order to communicate (English is not their strong point in Harbin generally). Breakfast was also satisfactory with significant variety/choices. Location of the Hotel is very good for shopping and sightseeing (e.g. with a taxi you can be in 10 min on Central Street or Santa Sophia square or in front of Dragon Tower) and the distance from airport is one hour. Although Cost/Night including breakfast was significant in comparison to other better hotels in other cities of China (e.g. "Shangri La" in Yangzhou) one should consider that due to the Ice and Snow Festival of Harbin (starts on January 5th but the constructions were ready and being displayed) the costs in Harbin are high.

宿泊自体は快適に過ごせた。ロケーションは駅が近く、中心街で便利。 但し、予約上の問題は朝食が無料条件だったが、有料になっていた為、2日目から外食にした（ホテルズドットコム ジャパンの問題？）り、早朝雨の日にタクシーをフロントで依頼したら、外で止めたほうが早いと言われた。サービスは全体に好い印象はなかった。

OK hotell

OK hotell med relativt bra läge. Mycket bra ljudisolering mot utsidan men usel mellan rummen. Skaplig standard på rummet men varför är toaletten som en glasbur? Bra frukost med kinesisk syn. Eftersom hotellet är så stort så blir det väldigt opersonligt. Receptionspersonalen var usel på engelska. Fri Wifi!! Väldigt låg hastighet!

Used to be good

Since 2009, I been coming to this hotel number of times. It looks like the hotel stayed in 2009 condition, and for sure some management has changed, because the quality of the hotel has come down a lot. The breakfast buffet used to be very good, but it is not the case any more. Some staff used to talk English, not the case anymore. If I did not have a translator app on my phone, I would have been in a big problem. In summary, they used to be a good place for international travelers, and you could see number of people from Europe and US at breakfast, but the three days that I was there, it looks like I was the only foreigner, so the hotel has started catering to domestic customer than the international ones.

Old hotel, centrally located

Old and super dated (i.e. no updates or renovations visible anywhere) Chinese-style hotel in central location within Harbin. Wouldn't honor the "free breakfast" included as advertised in this website; didn't mind too much as available selection was entirely Chinese and didn't look very appealing. Clean room, decent linens. Service beyond check-in and check-out practically non-existent; couldn't get a taxi for us (10 am, not even at strange hours) and didn't even make an effort to pretend they cared for our needs.

清潔でサービスもしっかりしていて、いいホテルです。 近く（２ブロック先５分くらいのところ）のレストランに行くため、ドアボーイにタクシーをたのんだら、５０元（通常の６倍）と言われました。外で拾うのも心配で、承諾して呼んでもらいました。 まだ、タクシー料金は外国人料金のようですが、いいホテルです。
