Our property is situated in the tranquil alpine village of Hanmer Springs.
This home is warm, homely and comfortable, and situated up a shared driveway. It is a 15 min stroll to the amazing Thermal Hot pools and Spa and only 5 minutes to the golf club. Walking and extensive bike trails are also near with entry points right in the village. The amazing sculpture walk is a must and is perfect for all the family to enjoy, young and old.
The property is 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and is ideal for 3 couples or 2 families. We’re all about family gatherings and making memories with the WHOLE family so your pets are welcome in the secure fenced backyard.
There are plenty of puzzles to nut out and books to read on a rainy day. and enjoy the glow from the log fire. The property is fully furnished and has a full kitchen you can cook up your favourite meals with, or if that’s not for you, then visit our amazing restaurants where your spoilt for choice.
Unlimited broadband is also supplied.

On our final afternoon a mouse crawled up the curtains in the dining area. We contacted the property management company, HHH, but they refused to move us to a new rodent - free house for the night. My eleven year old daughter was so freaked out my the mouse on the loose in the house that we have to leave and pay 220 for a motel room. I have requested a refund for the night of 26 Jan since we could not sleep in a home with a mouse running around. Please let me know how this issue will be resolved. Thanks. Lisa

Thank you for offering a place that allowed our dogs to also come on holiday with us. Hanmer Springs is quite possibly the 'most dog friendly' capital of NZ. The weather wasn't the best and having a great place to hang out was the best.

The house was awesome, very clean and plenty of space for us all. We had 2 issues: we got sent the wrong access code for the lock box (this would be an easy fix) and my Bookabach app didn't show our booking so it was difficult to find out information about the house or our trip. This was important as we had three households joining together for the weekend and I couldn't forward information to the others in our party. A bit of a pain but nothing to do with the house owner.

Great stay

Thai place had everything we needed, a lot he rooms were a great size, nice and warm with fire and heat pump. Location good, can either drive or walk in to town. House was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The host was amazing at communication. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks again!

A great property for our family visit, clean, warm and had everything we needed. Only slight issue was the access code we were supplied was incorrect and the revised code we were given was also incorrect, however we got it sorted and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much.

Good house

Easy going house. Pictures are accurate. Floors were in need of more of a vacuum when we arrived. Lock box number had been changed but a call to the number solved that easily. Would’ve been nice to have more toilet paper as 7 people staying for theee nights. Otherwise a really good stay and a good location. Thanks

Good location but lacking supplies and cleanliness of kitchen

Did the job, great location but was disappointed in lack of supplies. No rubbish bags were supplied for inside bin and outside bin was already full on arrival. Most dishes needed cleaning before using which always just makes the place feel dirty. They were pretty gross. Plug for kitchen sink is mouldy and perishing. x1 tiny soap in the bathroom and only 2x tea towels for the whole stay with no dishwasher and x8 people using dishes. Same with towels, no extras provided just 1x towel each per person for the whole stay, on a wet weekend. Just felt a bit stingy and hard to keep things clean and nice.

Nice stay in Hanmer

The house is in a great location, quiet residential area a short walk from town. It is overlooked a close to neighbours on all sides but that was clear in the listing and didn’t stop our enjoyment of it. Good size for a family of 4.

Winter festival

Great stay - lovely warm house easy to find and good off street parking. It’s not a private house and you get a bit of noise from other houses around, you can hear them banging around. It wouldn’t put us off staying again however. Be great if the DVD worked in the lounge or you had a smart tv where we could watch our own Netflix. Fire was great and lots of dry firewood. Beds had nice linen on them and lovely white towels too. Thank you

Great weekend away.

Great house for 2 families, just what we needed. Parking was a little tight for a van, with neighbors so close but we still managed. Water pressure in showers not great but over all house was just what we needed. Clean, tidy and great games dvds to keep kids entertained. Great distance from town. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
