Parking is rarely an issue: a one-car garage plus four off-street spaces, so five vehicles fit comfortably, with room for a boat or trailer.

OUTSIDE
Sandy beachfront steps from the door. Kayak out to Hawkins Pond. Crab off the back of the property. Grandview Nature Preserve is a short walk: three miles of undeveloped beach and marsh, and the best birding on the Peninsula. Quiet golf-cart community. Sunsets over the water most nights.

Stays of 1 to 3 months: all utilities included in the rate. Nothing to set up or switch on.
Stays over 3 months: a lower monthly rate, and you cover electricity and water. Wi-Fi and trash stay included. Ask and I will price your exact dates both ways.
