「Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. 」

「Really clean and comfy! Check-in directions were straightforward and easy to understand. Only downside was I attempted to get in touch with the owner with some questions and didn’t get a response. Super close to downtown and some good food and the neighborhood it’s in is very cool. Would totally stay again!」

「It was absolutely filthy, mouse droppings everywhere and couch and carpet were stained and not vacuumed for a long time! I would not recommend this as not just dirty but a health safety issue. Host would not reimburse so a very dishonest person as well. 」
