This 1-bedroom unit has beautiful hardwood floors and an open concept living space. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen has been recently renovated and features new appliances, with a full sized oven and stove top cooking surface. The stainless steel fridge/freezer combo is full sized and can host all of you snacks, drinks and leftovers! There's even a dining table with space for 2.
The bedroom features a King sized bed with fresh linens, a large closet, and big windows that let in lots of natural light. The living room has a sofa bed and the apartment can comfortably host 4 guests at a time. There's also a dedicated laptop friendly workstation and high speed internet connection.

The Neighborhood: Our apartment is in Glenview West one of the best and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by residential homes and outdoor areas.
The Red Hill Valley Trail is a seven-kilometre trail connecting both the Waterfront Trail in Confederation Park and the Bruce Trail. It passes through lovely escarpment lands and beautiful natural areas, and is accessible throughout the Glenview Neighbourhood. The perfect place for dog walkers, nature lovers and joggers.
Along the Queenston border of this neighbourhood, you will find the majority of convenience stores and amenities. Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Our home is 10 minutes away from downtown Hamilton and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
Getting Around: This quiet, mostly residential area is conveniently located with easy access to the Red Hill Valley Parkway and Lincoln Alexander Expressway for easy commuting. Once you are on the Red Hill Valley Parkway, getting to the QEW is a breeze. Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment.
Other Things to Note: Please note: • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• The laundry room is a shared space that you can use. It is located in the basement and costs $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Please note that the laundry room is not available for use between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM.
• To enhance your experience and comfort, we’re implementing a routine maintenance procedure. A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay, and for long-term bookings, we’ll schedule visits at least once every 7 days. This proactive approach allows us to quickly address any concerns and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing you peace of mind.
• There is an extensive water damage on the wall in the living room due to a leaky roof. Rest assured, we are fully aware of the situation and are working diligently to rectify it as quickly as possible.
• Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests
• You will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest after you have confirmed your reservation.
• The images on the listing are a representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.
• We are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
Noise Awareness Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
