It is an excellent option, very near from 2 train stations, safe. The staff is diligent and attentive. We stayed for 10 days and it was clean and had everything we could need!

Lovely stay, would recommend!

The breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. The buffet itself contained just a standard variety of breakfast options that you would expect, but it's amazing and we wouldn't have done without it. Beds were too hard for our liking. We loved the kitchenette in the room and actually cooked dinner there all 5 nights of our stay.

Superb place to stay in Hamburg

This hotel was just what we look for when travelling - easy to locate, welcoming, exactly as we booked and very clean. We booked a family room and it was exactly what we needed. We spent the day sightseeing, which the hotel is really well placed for, using the trains and also for walking around the city. In the evening we came back after eating in the restaurants / we brought simple food back to eat in the room, and then we relaxed in our room which was comfortable and air conditioned. The coffee and tea making facility is great and we used it a lot, and the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Good option to stay in Hamburg. Does not have a bar or restaurant. However having a working kitchen in your room is a good compromise. Friendly helpful staff. Free coffee and tea whenever you want.

The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB Type-A and C provided as well. Overall, the room is very comfortable. It is suitable for both short and long term stay.

We paid premium price to stay one night and were assured that the room had air conditioning. It was stuffy and hot and turns out that there was one very small vent that blew out a trickle of air. The front desk told us they didn’t even have a fan for us! There were also empty containers of hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel, and we had to go to the front desk because he didn’t have soap to wash our hands. We stayed in one of the family rooms and the furniture was awkwardly big, so it was very hard to even navigate around the room with four people. Way over priced for the amenities and space.

Promised much, delivery mixed.

Not as flash as their spiel on their website. Cooling not working on the aircon 28degrees at night. Fobbed off by staff for the most part really with some pretty lame reasons. I am an Engineer & the reasons initially given were just rubbish. Owned up to it being kaput later. Cable TV rubbish. All German except news, again spiel said be just like being at home, couldn't screen mirror. Not everyone lives in Germany people. Generally sales spiel a little disingenuous at best. Felt most queries were fobbed off.

Den var spids og placeret dårligt, så man hele tiden banker hovedet i den, og det same gælder hylden ved vasken. Til gengæld var køkkenet komplet og havde alt, hvad man skulle bruge. Desuden kunne man hente yderligere køkkenredskaber i receptionen ved deres 'object library' – alt fra elkedel, toaster, kaffemaskine, stavblender, piskeris og andet
