「It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...」

「Bellissimo resort immerso in una natura incontaminata. Spiaggia privata con mare bandiera blu. Possibilita’ di escursioni in barca al suggestivo Monte Athos. Bellissimo giardino mediterraneo molto curato e spiagge molto belle a 10’ di auto. Terrazza panoramica e piscina dove assistere allo spettacolo del tramonto sul mare. 「Great location, the staff very polite ,fantastic breakfast, the quality was very good.」

「I can not recommend this hotel. The food has led to diarrhea and vomiting. There was no fresh fruit. In the bathroom, the shower is almost in the toilet. The entrance and patio door were not lockable. There was no safe for valuables. The receptionists could not speak English so it was impossible to communicate with them. We asked Expedia for help and wanted to change hotels but this was not possible. The hotel is not worth the price. 」
