「Good location, great host, everything we needed for a weekend break in Brighton.」

「We not only stayed in a region full of history, the house too was history. Very nice view from the dining, drawing, living room. The weather was not nice, but the house gave us a safe and warm feeling.」

「Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.」

「This is a lovely house right in the centre of Rye, in walking distance from everywhere. Despite this it is quiet. The house is beautiful and has everything you need.」

「I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight.」

「The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

「Sam is a great host and was so welcoming upon our arrival, making sure that we could settle in properly and know all about the amenities on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Treetops is quirky, clean, well equipped and set in a peaceful location, with lovely views across the neighbouring fields and valley, which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and balcony. The private hot tub just adds to the relaxation on offer to guests, and the bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep....
