Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…

We saw no staff during our stay, the room was spotless. There was some early morning noise from the bakery below, but this would only be audible in a few rooms. The hotel was well placed to see London and was a 15 minute walk from the theatres and nightlife of soho. There are lots of eateries nearby too.
I would highly recommend the hotel.
