"The front desk clerk was unpleasant and did not smile once. She seemed very annoyed and shuffled back and forth slowly as if she was either highly medicated or just extremely tired. The next morning she had the same attitude and told me to "wait" until she was ready to come out of her office in order to assist me up front. At night anys would greet me on my pillows and the nightstand where my water bottle rested. And then to add insult to injury, there was a wasp in the curtains that just hung out there the entire time. I stayed in the hotel one night and by the time it was time for me to leave, the whole entire hotel had lost power. Yep, that meant I had to walk down the stairs in total darkness.And I must admit, I never experienced that at a hotel before. This location was subpar and a terrible experience."

One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it had a solid variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The common areas were also well-maintained and inviting, whether you want to relax or get some work done. If I had to note one thing, it would be that amenities can vary slightly by location, but overall the consistency of quality is strong. I would definitely recommend Hyatt House to anyone looking for a comfortable, extended-stay option that feels a bit more like home. "

"Very disappointed in this hotel. To begin, this property does not have an elevator. We were given a room on the second floor, and my father-in-law had to climb a steep, concrete staircase and we had to drag all of our luggage up. This is the only time I've seen a hotel with more than one floor not have an elevator. In the room, the TV remote was not working properly. I called the front desk and they said someone would be up shortly to help resolve the issue. No one came and after an hour, I just gave up. The breakfast was ok. It was just like any other hotel breakfast. Nothing special, but not bad. Just not a lot of hot choices."

"When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it."
