「Muy buen servicio y muy cómodas & modernas las instalaciones 」

「I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. 」

「We loved this hotel. The room was clean, the common area was wonderful to hang out in. And the food was delicious! We are vegetarian and they served us excellent dinners. The staff is really great and friendly! We will definitely stay here again. 」

「Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times.」
