Upstairs, the home offers three inviting bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing a peaceful retreat after exploring the town. Downstairs features warm, welcoming spaces designed for gathering and relaxation, including a cozy living room, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry room and a powder bath. Located 2 blocks from Downtown Guthrie, 4 minutes from the Masonic Temple, 17 minutes from the Lazy E Arena, 30 minutes from Stillwater, 35 minutes from OKC. The Guthrie Pearl is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay.
