"Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains. "A hot spring-style bath (onsen) is terrific. It helped me relax after the long international trip from the U.S. (Boston). The breakfast is just gorgeous. Both Western and Japanese-style food are delightful, especially for Westerners. Since most clients are male Japanese businessmen, you get to see the non-touristy, "real" side of Japan. "
