Nice condo but needed some maintenance. Reported bad electrical outlets on our day of arrival in the master bedroom which rendered the TV inoperative. Checked out and no one came by to repair the outlet. We’re frequent condo and home vacationers and this was very poor response. Previous issues we’ve had were addressed same day or the next day. Mattress in Master Bedroom was very hard and for a long stay, started affecting our backs. Sleeper sofa mattress was better than Master bedroom mattress. Master also did not have room darkening curtains. So if you like to sleep in, not good. Kitchen light stopped functioning on day 4 and no microwave light to light up range surface, that was bad as well. Outdoor patio light was bad. Apart from all this, which was frustrating, condo had great view and was nicely appointed.

5 Star View, 1 Star Bed

View and easy access to Beach are amazing. Mattresses in both bedrooms are equivalent to sleeping at a motel 6. Most comfortable bed was the sofa mattress. Pillows felt like sleeping on a sack of socks. TV in secondary bedroom had no picture, only sound. Fan in secondary bathroom sounds like a train running. Outside light on balcony didn't work. Fan in primary bedroom would not turn off. Overall beautiful view, place needs some TLC.

Surfside Shores

Positive: Updated kitchen/bathrooms/flooring, Great location, Great view of gulf right on the beach, Great balcony, Wonderful balcony furniture. We loved the balcony!Negative: Master bath is tight with closet opposite sink and only one sink. No pantry in kitchen for our food items.

Family Friendly Condo!

The property was extremely clean and was the perfect size for my family! The location is great with beautiful beachfront views. The property owners were friendly and professional and we would 10/10 recommend a stay here!

Quick little get a way

Our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect as we love west beach. Close proximity to everything we love. The condo was adequate in space and very clean. Check in and out was as easy as it gets. You have all the information you need when you arrive. The kitchen lacked potholders, and kool aid pitchers. The beds were a little firm to my liking but were nice and clean so I can’t complain. We loved that the pool had restrooms accessible so you don’t have to run to the room each time my 3 and 5 year old had to go. My kids enjoyed the pool as much as the “sea” as they called it all week. We had a wonderful stay and as always we love Gulf shores.

A couple of things

It would be nice if there were rugs in the bathrooms. The condo is great but some rugs would be nice. Love the Balcony!!!! The toaster set off the smoke detector. We would diffently stay there again

The location was great, just what we wanted but do not plan on sleeping late, the master bed room curtains are so thin the light starts at 5:30 am. The problem is that you do not listen to your reviews, I read reviews before I booked and I thought some were so simple that there was no way they would on be corrected but I was wrong. Read the bed’s being uncomfortable and boy were they, someone said how bad the broom was worn and it was horrible. Most of the electrical outlets do not work.

Great view but needs maintenance and updating

This is directly on the beach and has a great view from the balcony but the furniture is pretty worn. The light on the balcony didn’t work which was pretty frustrating when we wanted to sit out there when it was dark. I reported it to the management company but it wasn’t fixed. Also, the tv in second bedroom wasn’t working properly. I felt the kitchen was well stocked though. Overall, it was an okay place to stay especially if you spent most of the time on the beach but felt like it could be better maintained.

Great location Subpar Room

I have stayed at Seaside Shores many of times and all experiences have been great! However, I am disappointed in 2804! First, the room offers zero level of comfort. The beds feel like sleeping on plywood, curtains do not cover the windows, no extra blankets (the sheets smelt stale, the condo was not clean. It really felt like a motel 6. If have already booked this room be sure to bring your own broom and cleaning supplies because they do not offer any of these things. Location is great but the room itself wasn’t the best experience.

Wonderful oceann front condo

This condo was great. Clean and nice. The balconies were perfect. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be the hottub was not turned on. No jets and water was cold. Clean but cold! Would stay again!

Great location!

The location can't be beat. The unit has two doors to the balcony, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. Will come back if in this area.

Perfect location but…

Absolutely perfect location! Located towards the end of town where there was a little less hustle and bustle. Amazing view with quick easy access to the beach. The property seems to be a little old and outdated. Nobody at the front desk to welcome or see you in. With one week stay only one trash bag and one package of dishwasher detergent. The deadbolt on the front door needs to be repaired. BYO sand toys. Parking felt small if you were going during peak season. Overall good stay.

Perfect View

We were not disappointed in our unit at all! The pictures were spot on and the deck patio furniture (why we picked this place) were fabulous! The view as well was amazing and the full kitchen with laundry was fabulous! I will be recommending this unit to all my friends and family! The management staff were very responsive to my emails. When I needed them to change communication from my work email to my personal email they were able to so i could keep in touch with them. Beach and pool access were seconds away and the elevator was extremely fast (I've stayed in places where they ran super slow). Thank you for a wonderful week's stay in your beautiful unit on the Gulf Shores!
