The Regatta in Gulf Shores is a low density 3-story condo complex of 49 units. This prime location is what makes The Regatta a popular vacation spot.

This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo directly faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The living room features a wall-mounted flat screen television gulf front balcony access and comfortable coastal furniture including a love seat that folds out into a twin sleeper bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances. This vacation rental can sleep up to 7 people comfortably and offers a king size bed in the primary bedroom a queen size bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom.

The Regatta includes amenities such as a heated outdoor pool in a center courtyard surrounded by a large sundeck and plenty of poolside chairs. Enjoy time with family and friends around the picnic tables and BBQ area or take a quick stroll to the Gulf waters or nearby Gulf Shores hotspots. The Regatta is in the perfect location close to the action in the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance to the iconic Pink Pony Pub Gulf Place Public Beaches and The Hangout.

This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo

Overall was good. Beautiful view! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Items needed addressed. New microwave-turntable does not work; Stripping at top of fridge is not attached; Sand in tub. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Nice clean place

We had great views, walking distance to the hangout and other places. Be careful if you have young children sleeping in the twin beds tho, mine (9 years old) fell off and broke her collar bone.

Perfect spot

A hidden gem

We LOVED our stay at the Regatta. We were looking for a smaller condo building and found one in between a lot of bigger ones. To make it even better, it was steps away from the ocean and entertainment, like the Hangout. Our 6 year old could alternate between the ocean and condo pool and loved walking up and down the beach looking for seashells. The accommodations were great and comfortable for the 5 of us. The only thing I could slightly complain about was the noise from those staying in the unit above us and how easily we could hear footsteps in our unit. Thanks for a great trip! We’d definitely come back!

Family Time

The condo is in a great location and has easy access to the beach. The condo was ready earlier than expected. There was also good restaurants near by. If I had any complain, it would be than the floor felt sandy when we got there. But we were at the beach. Go figure. Loved it.
