WELCOME TO NAVY COVE! Newly remodeled beautiful waterfront Condo "The Leighloida" at Navy Cove Fort Morgan Alabama. Our Condo has 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms, with a great view of the MOBILE BAY that you can enjoy from your private BALCONY, and with new extra wide Wet SLIP FREE rent and a private BOAT RAMP. The Master bedroom has new huge Amish built KING SIZE BED 🛌, huge FLATSCREEN TV, OFFICE area, spacious WALK-IN SHOWER, JACUZZI, and a great view of the BAY. The second Bedroom has QUEEN SIZE BED overtop with FULL LOFT BED 🛌, with FLATSCREEN TV, nice WALK-IN SHOWER, and extra 2 FOLDING BEDS for reserve to accommodate up to 6 GUEST. The LIVING AREA has a new extra-large FLATSCREEN TV, new SOFAs that lay all the way back with CHARGING PORT will allow guest to sleep overnight in the SOFA itself. All new beds, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, has washer & dryer, cable, and wireless internet.

Navy Cove is a gated community, with inside huge parking besides the building and under buildings as well. There are available 2 huge swimming pools and 2 heated Spas, on the water huge PICNIC SHELTER with built-in picnic tables and chairs, BBQ area, FISHING PIERS, fish cleaning area, Boat ramp, and a private beach area just besides our Condo, 2 miles to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. There are lot of great areas to fish 🎣 🐟 as the place is near to the OIL RIGS and tons of REEFS.

Our Condo is just1 mile to Fort Morgan Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant with great view of the Marina, with amazing porpoises and lots of beautiful Pelicans exciting fun to view and has available rental jet ski as well. Our Condo has numerous world class restaurants, Jesse's On the Bay restaurant in the area, shopping areas, and parks. Close to Gulf shores, Gulf State Park, and Pier. Dollar Store about 5 minutes' drive, a short drive about 15 minutes to Wal-Mart, and mini-Malls that you can buy almost everything you need at Beach store, ACE hardware, Walgreens, fast foods, ice cream store, a huge awesome grocery store "ROUCES" that has everything you need, and a lot more!

Best tourist attractions is Tropic Falls at OWA, great fun for adults and kids, playful theme park, Waterpark, with 22 rides from roller coasters to spinning tea cups, plus games and shows. There are lots of stores as well for you to buy some souvenirs for your family & friends.

Enjoy the beach, swimming, gulf shore fishing charters, nearby kayaking rental, boating, and it is a true paradise. Come and enjoy our Condo "The Leighloida" and you will not be disappointed. Thank you. HAVE FUN!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach with amazing views. You can tell the hosts put thought into making it a relaxing and convenient space. Would definitely stay here again!

New Traditions

My family stayed over the July 4th weekend. We had an AMAZING time! The condo was spacious and enough room for all of us to relax comfortably without being on top of each other. The views were great and the beach is just across the street for swimming. We aren't fishers but still enjoyed our stay. The firework show from the balcony did not disappoint! Hoping to make this trip a family tradition.

Amenities are as nice as they look!

Owner responded quickly with any questions or concerns we had; condo was clean and had some extra amenities like shampoo & conditioner and some other things...liked the location over the pool but my favorite spot was sitting on the private beach at the end of our work days. My friend caught a baby shark, we saw crabs, sting rays and even an alligator... and it's a perfect location. With the beach just across the street from this complex. Would stay here again but next time we must bring a boat!!

Family friendly and a great place to stay!

Fantastic property! We love staying at Navy Cove and this property was no exception. It was clean and exactly as described. An added bonus was a box of toys for our kids to play with while they were there.

5 stars all the way around

Amazing condo at a reasonable price. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great access to parking, swimming pool and docks for fishing/boating. The beach is a short 3 minute drive. I imagine this will not be our last stay at Navy Cove.

Family Fishing Tripwer and water available

We loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We cooked almost all of our meals there and had everything we needed. The condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. The grandkids loved the pool and we brought a gas golf cart for trips to the beach, which is only about 2 blocks away. We fished from the marina walkways and caught many fish. The bayside beach is also very beautiful. Many outdoor options. The boat slip was perfect for our boat and had power and water available. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful condo 25 minutes from Gulf Shores attractions.

My family and I recently stayed here and had a great time! It was a great size for my family of four while we vacationed in the Gulf Shores area. While the location was a bit far from the Gulf Shores attractions, we enjoyed the quietness of the location and didn’t mind the drive into town. There is a beach within short walking distance, which is just as nice as the beach in Gulf Shores, saving us a drive there and back (and paying for parking). The unit was clean and the view of the bay is beautiful. The pool area was nice and perfect for us to relax. The owner was super nice and responsive. Only a few very minor issues (which I’ll message the owner about privately) stop this from being a 5 star place. Thanks again, Leigh! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here!!!

The Leighloida 1203 did not disappoint! The unit was well furnished and the balcony view in the morning was perfect!!! We had a fun week fishing and playing in the sand! Five star vacation for the win!!!

Great place

It is a really nice place for three guys intent on fishing every day to stay. Boat slips have everything you need, power water, and lift. The view... It would have been very easy to spend hours sitting around the big balcony overlooking the little harbor and Mobile Bay. It was relaxing sitting and watching people, boats, birds, animals, weather, sunrise, sunset, and the stars. Everyone we met, from guest to owners, were nice and helpful.

Leisure Life at The LeighLoida

We had a great time at The LeighLoida. This condo is exceptionally clean and neat. The furniture is very comfortable and it is not so big and massive which can sometimes make the room feel crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very roomy. The master suite even has a desk so you can take your laptop and have space to work, if you need to check in with the office. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for meal preparation. Leigh was always very responsive to our questions, which truly provided high level of comfort during our stay. The boat lift was a plus so you can keep your boat out of the water and free from barnacles. Be sure to fish the lower bay rigs and the Gulf rigs due south of the condo. We will definitely be back and rent from this host again. This was a very comfortable condo and it had some of the best accommodations and amenities.

Look’n for the perfect vaca & condo rental in Fort Morgan? look no further than The Leighloida!

First of all, you will enjoy dealing DIRECTLY with the owners of this condo, not a bureaucratic management company! Leigh makes it so easy to pay then get confirmation quickly and hassle-free—which is so refreshing these days. Both pools areas were clean and convenient to get to. Covered parking was never an issue, as there are plenty of spaces and next to the elevator. I also noticed that the property has about 4-6 carts always on hand for visitors, which is great for carrying groceries, moving in and out. The location is great too. It’s a short drive to stores, but far enough away from crowded vacationers. The keyless entry means that anyone in your group - can come and go when they please. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The master suite and bathroom are designed with opulence and comfort in mind. With a jet tub, walk-in shower in the master bath and plenty of space in the bedroom with black out curtains, the master suite provides a luxurious escape. The mattress was the best part—it’s extremely comfortable. We accomplished our goal of escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a peaceful environment. Bottom line, If you're looking for the best vacation experience, look no further than The Leighloida. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely come back again! —❤️The Harrison’s
