Beach fun

Mother/daughter beach trip, had a blast, condo and views were amazing! Communication with management was easy and they were very responsive. Only complaint was hot tub was either not working or if it was it was luke warm and upon check in found the lights and electronics all unplugged and there were dirty clothes left behind, under the bed, from previous tenants.

Beautiful condo! We especially liked that the second bedroom had a king bed. We loved that there was just a short walk to beach since we had an elderly person with us. We would definitely stay there again.

5 star property for 2 couples!

This was a great property for 2 couples. We loved having 2 king beds and they were comfortable. The kitchen was small but was stocked well. Living area had nice comfortable furniture for lounging. We utilized the gym and grills on property during our stay which was great! We would definitely book again!

Such a perfect condo for our family! So clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and MY GOODNESS the view. Just beautiful, right on the beach. Great size balcony, with little hooks mounted to hang up swimsuits and towels. Loved the communication with the host, so attentive and dedicated to making the perfect vacation stay! Perfect location and size! We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Fantastic location, clean property, there was constant effort in keeping the building clean and organized. It seems like folks put effort into maintaining this entire area! Everything you want to see is very close and easily accessible.

Very clean property,loved the view! Some of the better elevators I have been on in a long time. Our balcony slider in the master wouldn’t open and the main slider for the balcony was hard to open and close, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The beach and the Gulf are right below your deck. View is unbelievable! The condo is nicely decorated and appointed with everything you need. Have to go back. Felt like a second honeymoon for my wife & I.

Great Condo!

This is a great condo. It had everything the we needed for the five nights we stayed. It was clean and decorated really cute. Beds & living room furniture was comfortable. Views of the beach are amazing! I appreciated the text I received from the management company throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice

The property is well kept. We really enjoyed it. Some properties ( non-corporate) will leave cooking items such as leftover spices, oils to cook with. If you’re planning to cook, it would be advisable to bring a little box of spices, coffee, cooking oils, Saran Wrap, extra dish soap because it adds up at the grocery store. The kitchen is very nice. We enjoyed the patio. The furniture was comfortable.

Such a positive experience

We always fear that the property will be somewhat less than it appears in the description but that is simply not the case with this very clean, well equipped and very satisfying property. I must say that the picture of the leather recliner and the card on the bed in the pictures were the deciding factors. It was better than we had hoped. We plan to make this a regular place to visit for a reprieve. Well done to the host and the cleaning crew. Well done!

Very nice place to stay in GS

This was such a nice condo. The check in process was super easy, and upon arriving the condo looked as it was pictured and described online! The only thing that I wished they would do is add in some disinfecting wipes or a small bottle of multi surface cleaner to get through the first night or two or until able to venture to town, but that didnt affect our stay at all we went out to the DG the next day!! On the other hand... the view was amazing, my kiddos enjoyed the pool area almost as much as the beach!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days and would definitely come back! **Oh, and the check out process was just as simple as the check in!

Enjoyed stay

Arrived on 4/1 and the property was clean and ready at 4pm check in time. Nice condo unit, well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. Wonderful view from balcony. Pool a little small and indoor pool area not heated. We did enjoy the game room though with our granddaughter. I would stay in this unit again. Con’s: The air conditioning not working the day we arrived and the room was muggy. I did contact the property management agency and someone came that night but told us the unit was basically shot. It was fixed the following morning but we were told that the unit needs to replace the current one. Another air conditioning company showed up on 4/2 and just came in our condo without knocking. Not sure why 2 different companies were there. Not knocking prior to entering our room was very upsetting and I felt it violated our privacy. Also, there was a “planned” monthly maintenance visit from the people who manage the unit on 4/3. I feel these should be done between guests since you have to check out by 10 am and cannot check in until 4 pm. Basically we had someone in the unit 3 days in a row which was somewhat annoying. Never had that happen before when we stayed in other condos in Gulf Shores.

The unit was exactly as described. View from balcony was perfect. Kitchen was small but not used much. Problem in one of the bathrooms but received a response immediately. Only drawback was that the pool was very small.
