Week in Gulf Shores

Stayed in condo with two other couples, all in our 60s. Place was simply great, location was absolutely wonderful! A few minor items that were previously mentioned by others (only one working hairdryer), but overall, a fantastic place to stay. Indoor Pool temperature was great. Parking is on same floor as condo and parking was safe and secure. We would definitely rent here again.

Will never stay at this property again

The property was nothing like the pictures. We didn’t gave enough towels. The condo was filthy, stains on the couch and rug, dishes in cupboard were dirty, all 3 bathrooms had broken toilets. Had to call for more pillows and pillow sheets. Contacted property manager regarding toilets and no one came to fix. The main bathroom did not have a hairdryer, other bathroom the hairdryer did not work

Disappointed

King BR didn’t have mattress, only thin foam and sink hole in it. AC very noisy, clanking noise. Called Michael from Phoenix Vacay Properties and did not receive reply. Commode seat in King BR was cracked and wrapped in some type of tape. Commode in shared bathroom rocked front to back. One of the dining room chairs was broken and stored in king BR closet. Hair dryer in one of the bathrooms did not work. A lot of the electrical plugs were not working properly. You could use the top or bottom plug. If these problems were fixed we would come back. Great location. Beautiful condo.

Family fun trip

This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Family Vacation!

Our family had an excellent time!!! The condo exceed our expectations! The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for a family with lots of kids going back and forth to the pools! Everything was perfect we plan to stay again!!

Amazing condo

We will definitely come back to this place. Views were amazing! Condo was clean and had easy access to parking, beach, pools. Kids loved the pools.

Excellent Accomodations

This was our first vacation in Gulf Shores. We were joined by our children and grandchildren. We were very impressed with this property. The unit was more spacious than other beach condos we have rented in other locales. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone comfort and privacy. The unit was clean, the kitchen well appointed and there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The balcony was expansive and provided comfortable/quality deck furniture and amazing views. Of course, the beach is stunning and just a few steps from the pool. The grandchildren used the large, heated, indoor pool on a few of the cooler days but didn't hesitate to enjoy the outdoor water slide, despite the chilly water. There were carts on every floor, of the parking garage, to help transport luggage and groceries to the unit and we enjoyed playing on the recently added pickle ball court. The location was ideal, as there were beach shops and several restaurants within a mile walk as well as a convenience store/coffee shop across the street. The consensus of all is to return in the future.

Our 2023 Christmas

The view! Right on the beach, with the sound of the waves when you step out on the large deck. The beds weren’t great but the rest of the condo was great for our family of 11. We stocked the kitchen but what items we ran out of, there is a small grocery right across the street. And when we decided to eat out we Ubered our way around or walked to The Hangout.

Great family stay

We had 5 couples and a newborn and there was plenty of room in this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need (great balcony views, indoor and outdoor pool, easy access to beach, etc.)

Super spring break.

Our family of 15 fit in this condo perfectly. It was clean and met all of our expectations. The indoor pool and slide were a big plus for our grandchildren. Our age range was 69 to 2 years old. Everyone had a terrific time. Highly recommend.

Awesome Stay

The building; condo and pool features were excellent. A few suggestions…clean floors and counters better, maintenance employees showed up unannounced on 12/2. We sent them away. Shelf cracked in frig on door. Kleenex boxes would be a nice add. Possibly add beach chairs and umbrella for winter months given Ike’s closed. Possibly replace scratched up toilet seats. 1 Adirondack plastic chair is cracked. Overall; we loved the condo, views, pools, beach and location. Loved it!!!

Perfect Four Bedroom Unit!

Everything in the property was perfect and overall experience with the building/grounds was as well. The condo was very big and clean and just what we needed. I would have given a 5 star overall review but the unit we stayed in was definitely lacking kitchen utensils, pans, dishes, etc compared to others I’ve stayed in. We were able to make everything work just fine but could have used more of that kind of stuff.

Pheonix Gulf Shores unit 302

The condo was great in terms of floor plan and beach view but the cleanliness was pretty bad. Floors dirty, sand in beds, showers dirty, 2 towels were dirty. Kitchen was not fully stocked and refrigerator was not cooling well. The Prop Mgr never returned my email with these concerns. I messaged him and emailed him with no response.
