"At check in they told me they was going to bill my credit card 20$ for in case something was broken instead billed it 31.87 when asked why they told me it was to pay for parking I think they should have told me that before they charged my card . Also breakfast wasn’t good at all room was clean people pounding on the floor above my room yelling outside at 1 am .. the staff are not that friendly! Staff will tell u they will charge if u don’t bring back ur towels from the pool to them!"

"Toilet overflow, took over an hour to get someone to come up and fix it. Check in line was fast and the room uograde was awesome as i needed a fridge for my medicine. "
