"Staff went above and beyond for everything! Truly impeccable service from the front desk to housekeeping, and maintenance to the restaurant wait staff. Even the on-site Starbucks barista! Truly we were blown away by the hospitality. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the view of the water was great! Private little beach on the bay was lovely, too. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options and decadent ones too. Great spot to stay overall! "

"Friendly staff and a nice overall atmosphere. The service was welcoming and made the stay pleasant. However, the shower was very dirty, which was disappointing and took away from the experience. With better attention to cleanliness, this place could be much better. I also wish we had been informed ahead of time about the construction at the beach, as we weren’t able to enjoy it on Saturday and Sunday because of the work being done."

"The hotel and the room are beautiful. So many little details to make your stay more comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. There is no way to take a shower without getting the floor wet. I like the design of the shower, but the opening needs to be smaller. "
