"Hotel customer service was horrible. Booked a 4 day 3 night trip and paid for a King bed. At time of check-in, they told me they oversold the rooms and i was stuck with a double fullsize. Keep in mind, I booked well over a month in advance. The hotel said all they could do is waive my valet. I asked if i could switch rooms the next day as people are still going to be checking out and checking in. They said no. The biggest problem i have here is they waited until i drove 600 miles to tell me they would not have my room avaliable and would not refund the difference of the room I received vs the room I paid for. Expedia was no help either and stated they could give me 25 key cash and that was it. Thi was my first Wyndham experience and will be my last. Highly disappointed in ecpedia. Used them for years and visited many countries. That didn't seem to matter. "
