Beautiful, cosy, comfortable villa "Les Pinassottes". 2 km from the centre of Gujan-Mestras, 10 km from the centre of Arcachon, 55 km from the centre of Bordeaux, residential area (villas), 50 m from the sea, 2 km from the beach, direct access to the lagoon, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 450 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Gare de Gujan-Mestras" 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de la Hume (Bassin)" 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Sentier du littoral (accès privé) 20 m, Port ostréicole Gujan Mestras 1 km, Réserve ornithologique du Teich 7 km, Navette maritime pour le Cap Ferret 9 km, Dune du Pilat 14 km. Residence with electric gates. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase) large playroom. 1 room, ceiling height 180 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. 2 balconies 15 m2, north facing position and south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of Bassin d'Arcachon. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Bad experience

Lovely property at first sight but then you can start to see this property does need lots of investment and love! We spend a week and couldn’t wait to live the place! Shame as the potential is huge. I have made a complaint with the company IH but that was a long and stressful process to get money back! So on my experience I will not book again this house or with IH or recommend.
