A lovely room, small but big enough for two travelling lightly. The hotel was interesting with some eclectic art pieces, the woman on reception was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, loved the fruit salad. We were able to park for free on the street within 5 minutes walk. A lovely stay in a great small city.

Beautiful property. Great (walkable) location to enjoy the city. Super breakfast. Front desk staff (Annalisa?) was exceptional! Went out of her way to help us make the absolute best use of our time. We booked this hotel specifically because it said “laundry facilities” and it was our laundry stop on a 16 day, 5 hotel stay . It should read “laundry services” as there are no facilities on site. When we asked for help,Annalisa found us a close, clean laundromat.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance to downtown and major attractions. Driving to the hotel was easy with Google Maps doing the navigation. Hotel staff was super helpful with parking suggestions. There is a free guest parking spot in front of the hotel for unloading and loading, and the large free Feira public parking is just two blocks away for longer term parking. Rooms were small with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom in our double bed room was almost half as large as the room itself, probably because it was a corner room with an oblique floor plan. There was still sufficient room for our packing our suitcases. The others in my party had a 2x twin bed room which seemed a little bigger because it was a rectangular floor plan. There are no elevators, but the stairs are plenty wide enough for hauling suitcases. We enjoyed admiring the modern art exhibits scattered throughout each floor and each stair landing. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee, but we skipped it due to an early departure to catch our flight home.

The room and bathroom were clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel sits in a perfect location. It is close to the parking area if you have a car. Remember to stop at the hotel first to collect the parking card for 5 euro. The historic area is walkable because this hotel is in the center. The art work throughout the hotel adds a special touch. Our room had floor to ceiling windows and a balcony view of the street in front of the hotel. We loved it! The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! Everything went smoothly from check in (we were able to store our luggage in the breakfast room) to check out. Our room was spacious and we were able to adjust the heat pump for heating the room. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of pastries, yogurts, cheese and meats. I enjoyed being able to have a large freshly brewed coffee. I would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the old city.

This a nice, clean hotel in a central but quiet area. Staff were fantastic. I only give it 4 stars, however, as there is no elevator above the first floor. The property clearly states this on its website but it's still a pain to drag luggage up the stairs. There's also no coffee in the room.

Great place and location! They do have paid parking for the hotel for 5 euro, but the staff told us there is a free parking lot, which typically has open spots. Both lots are a bit of a distance, but we parked in the free lot and walked for our whole time there.

The smell of cigarettes perforated through the stairwells and into the guest rooms, particularly on the first floor. There is no elevator, which can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage. Staff are not willing to help out with luggage because they claim to be a 2-star hotel. Will not return to this hotel.
