"The place is a true secret. Everything was great and it is a bit far from the city so quiet and in the middle of nature. Easy Didi ride. Bed is comfortable with a cozy room and nice super hot shower. Perfect for a get away! The tour guide Sud was also awesome so he can drive you arouns if you decide to go on a tour."

"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "

"This incredible space is inside the Seven star adventure park ....gardens , walks, cave tour,zoo,waterfalls sit and watch the monkey antics from hotel verandah.. walk outside the park..lots of shopping and eateries..friendly locals.. Staff are exceptional (with good english speaking hosts) "

"Very clean and updated style and decor of bathroom and room. Child friendly because our room came with cute bedsheets and even had a resident plushy, and a kids table with blocks. Toothbrushes, and shampoo for for adult and child was a nice thought. Right next to the pedestrian street but not noisy. Free washer use but the dryer is wonky. Still loved my stay"
