BEFORE YOU BOOK: The property is next door to a bar/ restaurant which on Fridays & Saturdays plays music until around 1am, and may be heard within the unit. While the noise level is not excessively loud, if you are looking for super quiet on weekends may be affected.

We have installed shutters which you can close them. This will give you quiet sleep.

Please act Responsible

1. Loud music after 10pm is not permitted.

2. The concierge will pick up your garbage every morning at 9 A.M if needed. If you prefer garbage to be collected during other times of the day, please inform them.

3. When leaving the apartment: Lights and Air-conditioners should be turned off. Please close the windows as well.

4. It is not allowed to dry your clothes on the balcony of the unit. This should be done indoors with the dryer.

5. By confirming this reservation, you and your guests are acknowledging that any damages, theft, injuries, accidents and/or illnesses that occur in our unit and/or on the premises are your responsibility. So basically, if you get a cold we are not responsible.

6. I will like to remind you that in this property, smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Visitors are your responsibility. There is a MAX of 2 visitors in pool area and unit. Visitors MAY NOT sleep over nite if not on the original reservation. There are a MAX of 4 guests in the unit.

7. Please protect the environment. Save energy and water in the apartment.

8. No Loud music after 10pm.

9. Before you book, please understand you are renting in a beach town and there are bars, nightlife happening outside.

10. Window shutters should only be used during storms. If you are a "blackout" sleeper, you can drop down shutters to achieve blackout effect.

11. if you try to close shutters, please ensure there is no furniture in way, this way you do not cause damage to the motors.
