サン ペドロ ド マコリス ホテル

「The pros? Rooms were clean, the beach and pools were nice and entertainment was good. However the food was horrible. Most of the food in the buffet and snack was unattractive and lacked flavor. Half of my group got sick across different meals. The drinks are also bad, everything tastes like it’s done with very cheap ingredients. Additionally, check in took over an hour for no reason, and maids entered my room 3 times without nocking for no reason as well. Will not return.」

「So welcoming and great staff. Entertainment team was AMAZING」

「The room was very clean. The toilet did not flush. A tissue box was not available in the room. 」

「I waited over 1 hr near the door and no one came to the door or answered my WhatsApp text. They finally messaged me after I was 45 min away staying they was traveling or something like that. I've stayed here 2 times prior. And I had 2 minor issues. They took a while the last time to respond back but I was only waiting for about 15 min to get in. Previously someone was at the counter. Not these last 2 times. They also attempted to put me on a room that was a lower accommodation than I...

「部屋とホテルへの不満はありません。プールサイドのバーの食事がイマイチ美味しくなかったです。」

「Excellent property, one of the best I’ve been to so far. Beautiful, great pool, attentive personnel, the house has everything you need. Would be great to include some amenities such as golf tour or something else, but great experience」

「Prices in the restaurant were slightly higher, out of my budget.」

「Muy bonito lugar, pero la limpieza no es buena, deben mejorar」

「This place is closed since march 2019 due to pandemic however they are doing bookings and taking people's money. Don't bother with this. I complained and ask for refund that was denied. 」

「Un lugar seguro y tranquilo, la limpieza, el clima, todo bien」
