A tan sólo 5 minutos andando de la playa, a un minuto del hermoso Parque Reina Sofía (ideal para pasear o pasar tiempo con niños) y a sólo 100 metros de la calle con más actividad de Guardamar.
Lugares de interés: restaurantes y comida, la playa, y actividades en familia. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos), y grupos grandes.
Una casa completamente nueva. Muy espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de unas cómodas y felices vacaciones.
Estoy disponible para los huéspedes 24 horas. Para cualquier consulta, sugerencia o ayuda.
Es una zona muy céntrica. En la calle de abajo podrán disfrutar de una gastronomía muy variada, heladerías y algún pub. A tan sólo 50 metros se encuentra el maravilloso parque Reina Sofía, dónde mayores y pequeños podrán disfrutar de unas tardes muy agradables. También recomendado para hacer footing. El supermercado por excelencia "Mercadona" se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos andando. Y las expléndidas playas de Guardamar, también, sólo 5 minutos andando.
Guardamar es una ciudad para poder pasear, no necesitas el coche para nada. Sólo si quieres ir a pueblos aledaños.
¡Si repites hasta 3 veces, tendrás un fin de semana gratis!

The owner responds quickly, quickly responds to requests. A park with peacocks, a square with restaurants and playgrounds, the sea is a five-minute walk, shops. Another plus is that there is underground parking.
