Suite Toledo Rules.

1. Cleaning:
Guests must leave their suites clean and their beds made.

2. Minors:
Guests are fully responsible for minors inside the building and must cover any damage or accidents.

3. Pets:
Pets are not allowed. If anyone brings a pet into the building, the guest responsible will be evicted.

4. Noise:
Noise is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. After a warning for noncompliance, a repeat offense will result in eviction.

5. Visitors:
Visitors are not allowed.

6. Misconduct:
Inappropriate behavior, threats, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate expulsion and a report to the authorities.

7. Substances, Alcoholic Beverages, and Weapons:
It is prohibited to bring illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, weapons, or explosives onto the premises. The person responsible will be liable for all damages.

8. Security:
The main door must be kept locked. Surveillance cameras will be installed in common areas to enhance security.

9. Common Areas and Items:
Common areas and cleaning supplies must be shared; exclusive use is not permitted.

10. Damage:
Any damage to facilities or furniture will be paid for by the person responsible.

11. Electricity Usage:
Electrical installations must be approved by the host. High-power appliances and audio equipment are prohibited.

12. Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the room and inside the building. Anyone leaving cigarette butts behind will receive a warning.

13. Commercial Activities:
Commercial activities are not permitted in the building, which is for residential use only.

14. Modifications:
No alterations may be made, nor may bulky items be brought in, without the host’s permission.

15. Additional Services:
It is prohibited to sign up for services such as cable or telephone without authorization.

16. Parties:
Parties and gatherings are not permitted inside the building.

17. Wi-Fi:
You may not change the Wi-Fi password or share it with non-guests.

18. Fire:
Lighting fires or using candles, incense, or oil lamps is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in expulsion.

19. Reporting Damage:
Guests must report and repair any damage they cause.

20. Penalties:
After a warning for noncompliance, a repeat violation of any rule will result in expulsion and forfeiture of the reservation fee.
