You settle in at the dining table with coffee, easing into the rhythm of the day before heading out to explore nearby avenues and cultural landmarks. In the evening, the hum of the city softens, and you return to a space designed for comfort and quiet moments indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths, offering privacy and ease for couples, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Room-darkening shades help create a restful setting at night, while clothing storage, hangers, and essentials support a comfortable extended stay. With two bathrooms and hot water, mornings feel unhurried and convenient for everyone in your group.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a full space where you can cook your own meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day in the city or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker are available, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware. The dining table becomes a natural gathering point for meals, conversation, or mapping out the next stop on your itinerary.



Work & connectivity

If your trip blends business with leisure, Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to focus when needed. The layout is a single level home with no stairs in home, and the building includes an elevator, making access simple and convenient from arrival through departure.

Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout the year, and a TV offers easy evening entertainment. During your downtime, you can enjoy the shared indoor pool or maintain your routine in the gym. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your schedule and settle in with ease.



Neighborhood

Set between Avenida Patria and Acueducto, you’ll be in one of Guadalajara’s established residential and commercial areas, close to shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences. From here, you’re well positioned to explore Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and the Historic Center, returning each day to a comfortable retreat with skyline views and space to unwind.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.



Other Things to Note:

*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

In order to guarantee a better experience and the proper maintenance of our facilities, we inform you that the use of the pool is available exclusively for reservations of 5 nights or more.

We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-No change of linens during your stay.



-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-It is important to take into account that Guadalajara, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.
